method:
sabse phle ek pain me ghee dalkar usme wheat phada dalkar use 10 se 15 minute ke liye hilaye phir use pressercooker me dalkar usme 3 guna pani aur chini dalkar use 5-6 whistle tak pakne dijeye.jab tak wheat ka dana fuljaye.phir usme rasins,almond,cashnuts aur elachi powder dalkar mix kare.aur serving bowl me dalkar cashew nuts,almonds,cheery aur sliver varakh se garnis karke serve kare.

sabse phela stffing banane ke liye ek pain me ghee dalkar usme grated corn dalkar use 5 minute tak mix kare phir usme milk dalkar mix kare jab tak corn pak jaye phir usme sugar dalkar mix kare phir wo gadha ho jaye phir usme khoya cashew nuts powder,almond powder dalkar mix kare phir usme elachi powder dalkar mix kare phir thanda hone ke bad uske chote chote bols baniye.
bols banane ke liye ek bowl me paneer dalkar soft hone tak mix kare phir usme icening sugar aur saffron dalkar mix kare phir usme corn ka stuffing dalkar bols banaye. basundi banane ke liye ek pain me ghee dalkar usme grated corn dalkar 5-7 minute tak mix kare phir usme milk dalkar gadha hone tak ubaliye phir usme sugar,saffron aur milk made dalkar mix kare phir gadha hone ke bad usme cashew nuts,almond aur pista,elachi powder dalkar mix kare phir serving bowl me bols dalkar uske uppar basundi dalkar rose petals,cashew nuts aur almond se garnis karke serve kare.
